Superbowl Weekend

For a fundraiser for the youth group we made and sold pizzas. We bought all the ingredients from a local food service and put them all together the Saturday before Superbowl Sunday. We did it around that time so people could use them for their parties. I had never done that before and it was a lot of fun. The students have done it for many years so they were pros. We had a pretty good system and should probably go into the pizza business. :) After we made them we tested them by eating some for lunch and then people picked them up that afternoon.
Here are some pictures from that morning.

For the Superbowl we had a youth group party of course. Except, we weren't in charge of it! A younger couple in the church that's involved with the youth group wanted to host it. I thought that was a great idea! We used a projector from the church to put the game on the wall. That afternoon they also had the Atari hooked up to play video games before the game started. We had a good group of students and it was fun to watch the game together. Of course, the last few minutes of the game made it even better...Wahoo for the Giants!
