9 Months!!

Kaitlyn has had an awesome month! She has been so happy and all three of us have done a lot of laughing! I can't decide if my favorite sound is her laughing or jabbering. They both put a huge smile on my face! As I read through her 8 month list she really hasn't done too much changing in the past month but here are a few things.

Kaitlyn...
*just had her 9 month check-up today. She weighs 16 pounds 15.5 ounces and is 28 inches long. I guess she's going to be built like her daddy, tall and skinny. She's only in the 20th percentile of her weight so the doctor encouraged me to suppliment with formula. The doctor also confirmed that she has eczema. She gave me a prescription for a mild cream to use.
*has a third tooth that has recently popped out on the top
*just learned this weekend to clap her hands (thanks Aunt Sam!) *is getting so close to crawling! She stays on all fours and moves one leg forward but then flattens.
*seems to be doing a little better with not being so clingy.
*loves to play with my hair. Correction: she loves to pull on my hair! She will definitely be getting a doll with lots of hair for her birthday. :)
*learned how to wave. Well, she can do the motion, she just doesn't use it at the appropriate times :)
*loves when we rub noses.
*can sit up all on her own. She lays on her tummy, gets into a crawling position and then sits up.
